Help make a difference 

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Board of Directors. As a Director you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our pool and help keep it running successfully.

What we’re looking for:

•  Enthusiasm 

• An interest in swimming

• Willingness to share ideas and support decision-making

• Skills in areas such as finance, admin, HR, fundraising or marketing (any of these are desirable, but not essential)

What you’ll gain:

• A chance to make a lasting impact- making a great community asset even better

• Experience in governance and charity management

•  Being part of a friendly, supportive team

Time commitment:

Around 2 hours per month for our monthly Board meeting which is held remotely using Teams and occasional events -one or two per year.
